Sometimes we just need called out on our own BS. We've all heard that "insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results," and even though we understand that, sometimes we still catch ourselves falling back into the same patterns despite our desire and intent to produce different results or outcomes in our lives. If that sounds vague and overly general, it's only because I'm purposefully keeping it so.

But maybe... Maybe if we had a theme song to prompt ourselves out of old habits. Maybe...

Nah. It'd never work.
